Rhinestones are secured with high end adhesive then scrubbed clean. This is to be sure you have no problems with stones coming off as well as to get any residue that may be leftover from the attachment process.
Inkjoy pens are refillable but not interchangeable. You can unscrew the cap and replace the ink but you can not replace the design.
Stainless Steel pens and Mechanical Pencils are refillable AND interchangeable. You can unscrew the cap and the designed chamber and be replaced with another designed chamber.
